How do I subscribe for ongoing support?
Click the "Subscribe" button and proceed to the payment page or book a 15-minute call to have someone subscribe on your behalf.
How soon after I subscribe can I start making requests?
Immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a link to your Trello board in your email, from which you can make unlimited product design and website development requests as your project needs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel the service by sending an email to sales@pariolab.com. We will complete any outstanding request for the remaining period of your active subscription.
How will I communicate with my team while receiving ongoing support?
Communication is either asynchronous via Trello and Google Chat or synchronous through Google Meet. 
What is meant by unlimited requests?
This means you are in full control of our team and you can make any type of product design or website development-related request for the duration of your subscription.
How long does it take for a request to be completed?
Depending on the complexity of your request, we generally aim to complete each task within 2 - 3 business days.
